Group Policy: Reservations for groups of six to nine will receive a $10 discount per person, and a reservation for a group of ten will receive a $25 discount per person. If the reservation for a group of ten falls to six to nine guests, each guest in the group will receive a $10 discount per person. If any group reservation falls below six guests, each guest in the group will be charged our full published rate. This discount cannot be used in combination with other discounts.

Deposits/Payment Terms: A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your weekend. We require that the remaining balance due be paid in full 30 days prior to your weekend stay. We accept cash, checks, and PayPal transactions (includes MasterCard and Visa). Cancellation/Refund Policy: Guests may reschedule or transfer their weekend to a friend without penalty at any time. In the event of a cancellation of a guest reservation, we will make every effort to fill your weekend stay with another guest. However, if we are unable to fill your spot, the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancellations made prior to 60 days of your stay are eligible for a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations made between 14 days and 60 days of your stay, forfeit the $100 initial deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay, forfeit the full amount.

Special Dietary Needs: Please contact us two weeks in advance if you have special dietary concerns or food allergies. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Privacy Policy: Cornerstone Memories respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any third parties. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security.
